After working for over 22 years in the corporate world for IBM, Lockheed Martin and Level(3) Communications John became President of High Plateau Truss. His background lends itself well to the overall management of the company. He expresses, “I really enjoy my role with HPT. We work at it every day.”

Since starting with HPT Inc. over 12 years ago, Bear has learned the business inside and out. His many years of experience in construction along with a degree in Architecture provide him with the knowledge and ability to successfully lead our design team. Through the years he has enjoyed helping many customers to achieve their goals in the construction process and to find solutions for their project designs. He expresses, “It continues to be an awesome privilege to work with our team here at HPT Inc. who truly care about people, the service we provide and the quality product we deliver! After many years in the Project Management side of the electrical construction industry, Rhonda joined the HPT Inc. team over 16 years ago. She manages many of our day to day office requirements. In addition, and more importantly, she works very hard to make sure our customers have a positive experience from the first contact to product delivery.

With many years of company management experience, TJ adds another level of customer service expertise to our company! He has furthered his education and acquired a degree in drafting and design giving him a leading edge in using our truss design software to give customer what they want and need. With his tireless commitment to customer needs TJ has added both value and dimension to our team here at HPT Inc.
